  An announcement has already been made that we are going to work as an anti-abuse team. But many people do not understand properly how our downvote policy will be. First of all, we are here to build up friendly relations and keep this platform very clean. We do not like to spread hate in any way. Our intention is not to show our power or become an arbitrary ruler and downvote everyone. Our main task is to guide the users on the right path by showing them their mistakes. Downvotes will be used at the extreme stage, before this there will be many stages and they will be tried to understand the right thing. We always welcome those who will understand and do the right thing. Our work policy is to first make the offender aware of his mistake and provide guidelines. If he still doesn't correct himself and continues the abusive activities then we will issue another warning. If the abuser continues to do the same, a downvote may be given as punishment.   There are many users who are not aware of Steemit rules.  They do not know the features of this platform.  Not too aware of content sharing restrictions.  We have taken initiatives to identify the abusers and bring them to the right path.  We don't want to punish directly . We want to give guidelines first. Common abuses on Steemit platform are: Plagiarism, Copyright infringement, Spamming, Reward Farming. These are usually the most common.  Such activities are constantly increasing.  One of the main reasons for this is that the platform currently has no anti-abuse mechanism in place.  Feeling the necessity of it, we started the journey.  Now the point is that all the users who are not aware of such restrictions should be properly informed. Giving punishment without proper education is a kind of stupidity.  It never gets resolved.
